Basketball Victoria’s Regional State Development Program (SDP) Tryouts

Basketball Victoria’s Regional State Development Program (SDP) tryouts will be held next month.
Athletes located in regional Victoria interested in taking their basketball development to the next level and working towards Vic Country representation, national team representation, and beyond are encouraged to register for SDP tryouts next month.
Dyson Daniels, Jade Melbourne, Matthew Dellavedova, and Jaz Shelley are just a few of the high-calibre athletes who have risen through the SDP program. Their hard work within the program has helped them on their way to amazing achievements including selection in the NBA and WNBA, NBL and WNBL, and representing Australia at major tournaments across the world.
The SDP is a nation-leading long-term athlete development program designed to provide aspiring basketballers with a holistic learning environment that will give them every opportunity to turn potential into performance.
This year’s Regional SDP tryouts will be held at Selkirk Stadium, Ballarat on 26-27 September.
